I’d been in Sri Lanka once before. More specifically in Mirissa (where this photograph is taken). That time around I hadn’t seen this spot. I snapped this photo at the location of the filming of the Netflix series Bloodline. This is the beach in front of the Rayburn Estate, and the oft-used pier from the series.

I was on a boat travelling down the backwaters of Kerala watching kids playing in the river when I spotted this hard working gentleman. He seemed to be happy as larry.

The Kai Bae viewpoint on Koh Chang is a must see on the island. I mean, look at this. You can even cross over the shallow parts to the tiny island below. Feels a little like the movie The Beach with DiCaprio, don’t you think? Would you dare to go explore the tiny island?

At dusk we took the drones up, the water was crystal clear, and the trees as as red as fire, making this awesome composition.

Very lucky to have an awesome sunset. It’s actually a sunset viewed from the east cost of Bali, and it colored the sky differently since it was dipping below the opposite horizon. We’re still newbie photographers so maybe this is normal, but we had never seen colors like this.

I took a ton of photos of sunsets while in Koh Chang, Thailand. After seeing these scenes for so many days, it would definitely have been easy to not get up to shoot another sunset photo cause I had so many but I just couldn’t pass up an opportunity. One thing I did not do is to get up early for sunrise photos . Are you more of a sunrise or a sunset person?

After a few days of exploring the city of Singapore, we took a tram out to Sentosa Island and got in some beach time.
