It had been a nice vacation in austria so far, but the weather had been quite unsatisfying the whole week. Though it was the middle of summer, our shirts had been staying in the suitcase every day. Plus it had been constantly cloudy. Carrying my heavy camera around seemed like a mockery. When we arrived at the top of the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, which is 3029 metres high, the sun finally came out. It lasted for about five minutes at most. But that was enough to take a few pictures.
High above the clouds the view to the mountains always drag me away. The best part of winter when I can go high in the mountains.

That’s litterally what it says once you are on top of Salzburg’s highest Glacier which is also a very nice Ski-resort. I was there with a group of 130 international students from around the world and right before we took a group picture I got the opportunity to take this beautiful picture
