When a train approaches, they quickly pull back their awnings and goods, only to set them up again once the train passes. This extraordinary sight is a testament to the adaptability and resourcefulness of the locals.

Traders come here to buy their goods. The prices are thus much less expensive than elsewhere.

The Thai food is certainly excellent but is careful with the spices! Those who are afraid of hot peppers should taste them in moderation...
The choice is varied: green curry, noodles, vegetables, fried rice, soup, vegetable dish... You will also have to taste the famous pad thai and symptom (green papaya salad), more or less spicy depending on the restaurant. Here, each person chooses his or her meal, and then the dishes are shared with everyone.
