I’ve lived in America for over eight years now, but yet, as an Australian who is highly biased towards my own country, I’ve held the naive assumption nothing could rival the beauty of the Aussie coast. I had seen many incredible things in America, but never really put in as much effort as I should have to explore this country. I finally took a trip out to Colorado this summer, and wow - was I wrong. The drive across Independence Pass surely has to be one of the most stunning parts of the country.

I had my dad park on the side and watch if any cars where coming as i layed down on the floor and tried to nail the focus. It took longer then it should have because it was around 5am and I had just woken up.
After a month of traveling around Europe, I came back home to this beauty of a sunset. Every time I come back, I can’t help but notice that there’s nothing like Colorado anywhere in the world!
