Took this photo during my trip to Edinburgh with my girlfriend. Just lov these old tall buildings and also lots of greenery everywhere. The weather was constantly changing so I was pretty lucky to take this photo before it started to rain.

Had a great time in Edinburgh in Scotland this Christmas. Sadly I didnt get out enough to take pictures. But really like this one of people taking selfies by the Castle.

This picture was taken in Edinburgh city. I really like the back lit effect and the whole image has a warm feeling. The editing fives it a very moody look.

The Scottish wildcat (Felis silvestris grampia), or Highlands tiger, is a dark coloured subspecies of the European wildcat native to Scotland. Its range previously also included England and Wales, but it became extinct in these areas, as well as in southern Scotland, within the last 150 years. Extant numbers are estimated at between 100 and 300.

A small coastal town near Kirkcaldy, Fife. The quiet sombre time where the tide is out and only the noise of distant seagulls can be heard.

We went on a walk to explore Devilla forest a few months after a forest fire in the area. It was a beautiful mix of burnt, dead forest with the smell of fire in the air, and vibrant new life jumping out and hiding amongst the ruins.

My daughter (descendant of Scottish royalty) and I peered out into the North Sea to imagine what it would have been like – hundreds of years ago – to see invading Vikings on the horizon.

A scenic long-exposure taken at the waterfall by Campsie Fells, Scotland (UK). If there’s one thing I admire about water the most, it’s that no matter what’s in its way, no matter how big or small the obstacle, no matter how hard it gets, it always pushes through and refuses to be stopped. It has a final destination - a goal - and it’s focused. It knows where it’s going, and it flows. And even though it may have taken a few detours or unusual paths along the way, it comes back and joins as one - it becomes whole again. Be like water, my friend (Bruce Lee).

Walking my dog in the hills overlooking the village where I live, camera in hand, I came across this view & took a random hand held shot with the beautiful Campsie Fells & Arrochar Alps in the background. I really should go back & retake the photo with a tripod next time. Maybe a snowy winter view would be nice.

This is one of the most spectacular mountain on the road towards Isle of Skye. The mountain top is treeless and I really love its texture. I will back this place in winter when the snow falling and covering it. I can imagine how fantastic it will be at that time.

A small abandoned jetty at the East side of the Trossachs in Scotland. You can see the Autumn beginning to die out with the last areas of tone holding on for life.
