We came to Romania specifically to drive two roads that are famous for their scenery: the Transalpina and the Transfagarasan. This photo was taken on the Transalpina, which we drove twice. Both of the times it was so foggy that we almost did not see anything. This was one of the few shots we managed to take where the great landscape is visible. Many people thought it was taken with a drone but actually it’s taken from a high cliff. One of us was driving, the other one was climbing.

I think carrying a hammock everywhere we go is my top favorite thing. The feeling of just sitting there among trees and nature, pretending you are one of them. This, for me, is just surreal.

We drove to Romania just because we heard about this beautiful road: the Transfagarasan. It is known as one of the most beautiful routes in Europe. It’s true! We drove this road two times, and it took us 2 days each time. Each time there was a beautiful section, one of us stepped out of the car to take photos. The other one drove back and forth to ‘pose’. It was cold and it took a loonnngg time, but the shots are totally worth it!

Right when we thought winter was over we got another fresh dump of snow, mother nature almost covering one of the Transfagarasan's tunnel entrances. Fresh. Untouched. Powder.

Believe it or not, I took this photo while the car was moving. I loved the contrast between the red-accent sign and green grass, but I couldn't ask my dad to make another stop, so I took the risk and snapped this in a turn.

The Făgăraș mountains had quite a show going on during a splitboarding and avalanche training session in the Bâlea area. The mix of colours was surreal during this sunset, we could only stare for the whole very few minutes that the colour show lasted.

On my way to the mountain Vulcan, I saw from far away, this lonely little forgotten house touched only by the sun. The peaceful view hold me in that place for a few moments. Than I took my camera…
