It was 9:30 in the morning. We were on the way to Mt. Fuji. After 150 miles we glimpsed the volcanic mountain for the 1st time. There was no way I was going to miss the opportunity to capture the first glimpse of this majestic mountain, so I took this photo from the bus.

Here’s the “Great Buddha” or Kōtoku-in of Kamakura, Japan. Me and my girlfriend travelled from Tokyo to see this great buddha statue. Towering over the tourists it was a hard shot to get uninterrupted from the crowd.

Tokyo is my all time favourite city to visit. As much as I’m biased towards my hometown London, Tokyo will always have a place in my heart. It’s truly a city that never sleeps and experience you cannot get elsewhere. This is a view from one of the observatories in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, a free viewing floor that gives you unparalled views of the city.
