Shot from a cliff in Cinque Terre, Italy while trying to get closer to some cacti. I just wanted to take that feeling back home with me and since I cand take the sea into a jar a photo had to do.

A picture of the famous viewpoint in front of “Manarola” hamlet on the south Liguria Coast called 5 Terre (5 Lands), here you can take a lot of masterpiece pics during your holidays.

During heat wave this summer my family and I went to Italy. I took colorful photos of landscape, streets, foods & wildlife in Tuscany, Manarola-Cinque Terre & Rome. I came across this woman brave enough to jump into the blue waters of the sea from a cliff. I was lucky to catch the woman in flight. The shot was also in ‘rule-of-thirds’

During the summer it can be difficult to escape the swarms of tourists that visit the famous seaside towns of Cinque Terre. In order to capture this beautiful photo of Riomaggiore I had to climb to the end of the rock jetty that protects boats in the harbor.

Hiking along the Cinque Terre there are several villages along the way that are just gorgeous and straight out of a storybook.

Hiked to the top of a nearby hill just to get this shot. It was so beautiful we stayed for hours after the sunset, just watching the lights bring out the nightlife.

Colorful coastal towns dot the majestic hilly landscape along the Mediterranean Sea in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Cinque Terre in Italy. I could spend days walking on the trails between towns like this.

Wow. Portofino Italy. Approaching it by boat it made me go silent in awe at its beauty. This photo makes me feel happy and relaxed.

After walking along the seawall in a little village in Italy, I stumbled upon this cool rock formation. I felt that the rock stood out because of the contrast with the ocean behind it and the dark shade of the rock itself.

Shot at the Genoa Aquarium, Italy. I wanted to catch the wide scene with silhouettes of the people reacting to the animals. In addition, the light came through the water for some nice stripes coming down from the top left.

Whilst enjoying a sunset in Livorno, Italy, this man passed by on his paddleboard. The setting sun, and his passing by, set up this awesome photo.

During a roadtrip, we stopped to enjoy the beautiful view of the hills in Tuscany. I took several shots of the landscape, and I thought that the pure nature photos would be the best ones. But it turned out that this small, powerful, and loud Italian car is the one thing that makes this picture pop, because it gives contrast to the calm scenario.

The typical Italian Gothic building, the Cathedral of Florence, is dedicated to “Santa Maria del Fiore”. The church was designed by Arnolfo di Cambio (c1245-1302) who considerably enlarged the existing religious structure. Finished around 1367, the Cathedral was completely covered by coloured marbles like the earlier Baptistery, except for the façade that remained unfinished and was terminated only in the 19th century. - www.museumsinflorence.com

On a trip to Florence, had a chance to capture this from the top of the Duomo, overlooking the city. The trip up the stairs to the top is not a simple one but the view is well worth it.

The cathedral includes the famous Il Duomo, the world’s largest freestanding dome without a supporting wooden frame. Started in 1420 and completed in 1436, it was created by the architect Filippo Brunelleschi.

This picture was taken from the gardens in the heights of Florence. This is probably one of the most peaceful place I know right in the middle of a city : this view is just amazing 😎

I was on my trip to Monaco when I took this picture. I decided to let me go by the little country as I visited unknown places. I just wanted to get lost and to discover amazing places I wouldn’t otherwise have found. So I got to a point where I was completely lost and I just entered into this mysterious but beautiful alley. I just had to take a picture of it.
