Being in Croatia for the first time this summer, it was incredible to see the amazing sunsets Croatia has to offer, as well as the crazy and turbulent summer storms which travel over Croatia.

So pleased at how well the iPhone does long exposure photos. Krka National Park’s waterfalls are the perfect subject.

It was built in 1849 and it is 42 meters high and today it is the highest lighthouse in the Adriatic. It owes its impressiveness to its yellow facade, for which, according to oral tradition, 100 000 yolks were used. Every year I visit this place and at least 3 times climb to the lighthose Veli Rat to enjoy in beautiful scenery. Croatia🇭🇷 is the most beautiful right from this place..,,

Our peaceful vacation was changed with coming of big storm. Famous Croatian wind called ”bura” was blowing wildly. Everywhere you looked the sky was dark and full of threatening clouds. Lightnings also began to show up. I had to escape in apartment when the rain started. It was crazy. The sea level has risen crazily. It was very cool. Great opportunity to take some photos!

In August I visited a city of Pag in Croatia with my friends. It is a small town but full of amazing content. We had everything in reach of our hands. We were very lucky that during the whole trip weather was very nice so we enjoyed spending our time on the beach. For the same reason, I didn’t use camera much, but there was one day that was just too windy to be on the beach so I decided to go for a walk alone. On a photo you can see a part of Pags seafront where you can find many pastry shops, cafes and ofc tourists enjoying in the old town (like these two on the right side)

Of all of the boats and ships in enormous marine harbor in Šimuni, this wooden fishing boat caught my eye. I took this photo in late afternoon while we were sitting in small caffé next to the sea. Great view.

Couple days before official Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series competition in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Orlando Duque, the greatest high diver in the world, and Rhiannan Iffland, also a high diver and the winner of Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2017, visited together Una National Park in Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and took couple of jumps from the biggest waterfall in National Park called Štrbački buk, 25 high waterfall with beautiful scenery and untouched nature.

The most beautiful moment was during the sunset, when we sailed between the islands: glass of wine, perfect sun, amazing colours around. We listened to the sea and suddenly i noticed that we were not alone: dolphins! Dozen of dolphins swimming around us in a clear water! I mean, this moment really couldn’t be better! I am really happy when you use my pics, but also it is really nice simply to know about it. Please, send me DM or e-mail with the link, tag me in Instagram @alexblock or Facebook @alexblocktravels. Thank you and have a great day!

The town of Rab on the island Rab lays in the Adriatic Sea, famous for its crystal clear waters and amazing sunsets. We took the boat from the small village back to our hotel and had a great view on the four church towers.
