I was hanging out down by the lake with my family enjoying this amazing view and then these two paddled by. Black and white because it looks better when the rains are coming.
Days like this hardly ever happen in this notoriously windy area. What can I say I went for a paddle and was blessed with this reflection.

We were just arriving to Waterton Lakes national park in Alberta, Canada for a camping trip. We were scouting the area for some photo spots and i found this spot and right as I was going to start shooting a group of birds flew right through my frame, which in my opinion gives the photo so much more character.

On a fine November day, an outing with my 4 year old son was coming to a close when a cyclist stopped me. My son was dragging and ready to go home. The owl was probably gone by now. But I couldn’t leave. So I carried him. And my gear. And we raced down the path, my legs and arms burning, my rig clattering around. We almost gave up. And then there he was. Unbothered, regal. Staring down at us. It was an enchanted moment.
