It’s fun to see elephants in a zoo but it is so much more amazing to see an elephant up close and personal. Getting to see this elephant on our safari in Africa was pretty amazing and I certainly wouldn’t want to get much closer to one of these guys.

We were cruising around in the Okavango Delta, Botswana, when we spotted this mother giraffe with her calf. I couldn’t resist snapping a shot of this beautiful creature. They are absolutely amazing & they seemed so at ease.
