About this picture
I travelled through Argentina by myself. Patagonia has been on my bucket-list for a long time. I visited different places in Patagonia and one of them is called El Calafate. This town is famous for the Perito Moreno glacier and I wanted to see and experience it with my own eyes. I wanted to do a special tour with which you hike on top of this glacier. I was so incredibly super pumped to do this that I had to take the perfect shot of this experience so I could remember it afterwards. So I abandon my group for a short while so they would be in the perfect spot to make the best photo possible.

- Perito Moreno glacier in darkness, due to a lower exposure just when the light was hitting the nearer face of the glacier. Initially this was somewhat unintentional but after some post-processing I really like the way it draws attention to the ice, and the dark tones of the water.
