- I’ve had an art block for several weeks, so instead of trying to force something. I got a couple of canvases, some paint, a cup of chai and relaxed while painting this and lots more. I live by the seaside so I immediately started imagining the waves, going back and forth. With foam and depth. Creativity to me, like the ocean it comes like waves.

- Whenever I feel down, you’d find me on the loft of my apartment, listening to Casey or Basement and paint with loud movements. It’s relaxing and it’s a necessity to me. I unload of all these messy and relatively negative thoughts, they all find a home on the canvas, and with a picture of it they’re all just memories.

- They’ve dragged me deeper, the violent waves. They’ve pulled me under, where I lost my breath and found no one to help. Lost underneath the waves, I struggled to find what I was looking for. It comes in waves, lying upside down. It still changes, but in little ways you find something familiar.
