- As usual, my friends and I were enjoying a wonderful sunset surf on the beauty that is Cape Town’s beaches. We had ventured eagerly to Melkbos on the west coast, a small coastal village lively with passionate fisherman and surfers. Unbeknownst to me, the sunset that evening would be one of the most brilliant, inspiring ones we had ever seen - I had to capture it. This picture never fails to vividly remind me of the feeling I experience while out in the ocean, the feeling I live for. Completely calm, free and alive. No worries, No struggles. Just me and the ocean. What more could I ask for?
