We were kayaking through the Verdon Gorge, and these insane clouds came in, and all w could hear was absolute silence, and then Huge crashes of thunder, this was right before we turned back around to go to shore.

- My brother and I drove hours out of our way to come see this place, and I’m glad we did. Having a hire van meant we could get to places that would be impossible to get to via public transport; this was one of those places. We hired a paddle boat for an hour and paddled down the river. It was unbelievably relaxing, if not slightly romantic. Next time I’ll take my girlfriend not my brother.
