The Jerónimos Monastery or Hieronymites Monastery, is a former monastery of the Order of Saint Jerome near the Tagus river in the parish of Belém, in the Lisbon Municipality, Portugal; it was secularised on 28 December 1833 by state decree and its ownership transferred to the charitable institution, Real Casa Pia de Lisboa.

Lisbon is a city that that is affordable and relaxing. The people who live in Lisbon aren’t in too much of a rush. Visiting this city you can travel at ease, eat delicious food, visit beautiful museums and visit a beautiful place such as Monastery Jeronimos. Lisbon is my second favourite city. I told my dad I may move there one day.
