- Tokyo is my all time favourite city to visit. As much as I’m biased towards my hometown London, Tokyo will always have a place in my heart. It’s truly a city that never sleeps and experience you cannot get elsewhere. This is a view from one of the observatories in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, a free viewing floor that gives you unparalled views of the city.
