Page is a location in Arizona, a state in the western United States, located in the Coconino County, near the Glen Canyon Dam, gully that extends from Utah to Phoenix.
 
Page was create in the mid-nineties, it was as a residential area for employees, during the fabrication of the surrounding Glen Canyon Basin, on the Colorado stream, unlike some other localities in the area.

Its 17-square-mile (44-square-kilometer) property was acquired through a negotiated settlement, with the Navajo Territory. At a height of 4,300 feet (1,300 meters) over ocean altitude and 600 feet (180 m)

over the Lake Powell, the city is positioned on the Manson Mountain.
 
The community was previously known as Institutional Camp, but was subsequently changed following John C. Page, the Board of Reclamation's director.
