Titlis is a mountain of the Uri Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Obwalden and Bern. At 3,238 metres above sea level, it is the highest summit of the range north of the Susten Pass, between the Bernese Oberland and Central Switzerland.

To get to Titlis, the nearest major city is Lucerne, which is well connected to other Swiss cities such as Zurich, Bern, and Geneva by train. From Lucerne, take the train to Engelberg, which takes around 45 minutes. Once in Engelberg, a short walk or a free shuttle bus will take you to the base of Mount Titlis, where you can board the Titlis Xpress gondola that will transport you to the summit.
