The train takes 28 minutes to Segovia, but you still have to take a bus to the Aqueduct, which takes 20 minutes. The total time is about 50 minutes.
Take the Cercanias train from Terminal 4 to Chamartin station to take the fast train to Segovia station, then the bus from the station exit to the center.
