The bike to rent is a mountain bike called Espresso D24 made by DAHON, which is very easy to ride. The starting point is 500 meters above sea level, but we will deliver the bike to that position. Most of the course is downhill, so participants can easily enjoy cycling. Those who are not confident in their physical strength are OK. (For those who are more than 155 cm tall and can ride a bicycle on a daily basis.) The course is the route where you can enjoy the most beautiful scenery of the mountains and the sea in Beppu. Local guides will cycle through the sights and recommended spots while cycling together. Here is an overview of the course. In the first half, enjoy the panoramic mountain downhill. On the way, there are hot spring areas such as "Myoban Onsen", which is famous for hell steamed pudding, and "Kannawa Onsen" and "Shibaseki" hot spring, which are toured in hell. You can enjoy the feeling of a hot spring. The second half of the course is cycling along the beautiful coastline. On the way, enjoy a local snack of hell steamed gourmet. Enjoy hell steamed pudding, eggs, potatoes, and pork man in various places. The Galle Nogami Main Building is located in the center of Beppu city. Participants in this program can enjoy the hot springs of Nogami Honkan free of charge.
