For your convenience, this kayaking tour features 3-hour and 6-hour options. The 6-hour tour option includes lunch and is suitable for both beginner and experienced kayakers.
Your whitewater kayaking in Voss adventure begins at the Kayak Voss office, where you'll be greeted by your qualified and experienced instructor. You and your group (a maximum of 20 people) will change into your wet/dry suit, put on your life jacket and helmet and receive a safety and itinerary briefing. Next, you'll proceed to the departure point where your instructor will provide an introduction to whitewater river kayaking and paddling techniques.
Now, the fun starts! In the shallow water of the Raundalen River, you'll practice kayaking basics in the company of your instructor. Once everyone feels comfortable, it's time to start paddling and enjoy the incredible scenery of the river while kayaking in Voss.
