West Beach Adventure is an absolute must-do when visiting South Australia. With the largest aerial adventure course in Australia (including a 20-metre leap of faith) and a Giant Swing that catapults you back and forth at 70 km/h, you'll struggle to find thrills like this elsewhere in Adelaide.

For the less adventurous, enjoy a barista-made coffee while taking in the action and stunning views from the Sky Walk. With a convenient location on the beautiful West Beach, just 15 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, it makes this an obvious destination for your next escape.

Since 1912 the Osborn family have grown grapes and made wine in the picturesque surrounds of McLaren Vale. Today, fourth generation family member Chester Osborn is at the winemaking helm, making distinctive wines using traditional methods in the winery and the vineyard. The idea to build the d'Arenberg Cube came to Chester Osborn in 2003. Inspired by the complexities and puzzles of winemaking, Chester created the idea of a cube-shaped building. Each of the five levels have been carefully designed to entice and excite the senses, including features such as a wine sensory room, a virtual fermenter, a 360º video room, and many other tactile experiences. Make sure to explore the Alternate Realities Museum, located on the ground floor, and visit the many art installations on display.
